Job summary

A leading aerospace technology firm in Singapore is looking for a Maintenance Technician to oversee drone systems maintenance and provide frontline technical support. The ideal candidate will conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, prepare documentation, and assist in training technicians. This position involves 12-hour shifts, working either during the day or night. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and a background in technical troubleshooting to ensure operational readiness of drone systems.

Job description

Work Hour: 12-hour shift (8am - 8pm OR 8pm - 8am)

Job Description
  1. Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities.
  2. Provide frontline technical support and troubleshooting for drone systems during operations.
  3. Perform on-site field work, including system setup, inspection, and operational support.
  4. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on drone systems as per maintenance schedules.
  5. Perform rectification work to resolve system malfunctions and ensure operational readiness.
  6. Conduct root cause analysis and provide findings and recommendations.
  7. Report maintenance issues encountered during preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, or flight operations to the Service Lead.
  8. Prepare, update, and maintain maintenance documentation in accordance with maintenance policies, user guidelines, and customer requirements.
  9. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, maintainability, and performance.
  10. Assist in training and guiding technicians on maintenance procedures and technical troubleshooting.
  11. Prepare and submit monthly maintenance and utilization reports, providing accurate data and analysis on system performance.
