Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct and review engineering calculations for equipment sizing, material selection, and system design.
  • Lead the development of detailed design documents, including process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and system layouts.
  • Oversee and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of gas, chemical, and water waste systems into overall project designs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements for gas and chemical systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments, process hazard analyses (PHA), HAZOP, and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to enhance safety and reliability.
  • Evaluate new technologies and engineering solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring high‑quality design and implementation.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication, ensuring successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with procurement and vendors to assess equipment specifications, cost analysis, and supplier qualifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering challenges, implementing best practices for system optimization.
  • Perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
