A leading engineering consultancy in Singapore is seeking an M&E Resident Technical Officer for a Polyclinic and Nursing Home project. Ideal candidates should possess a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, have at least 5 years of experience in building services, and be familiar with local regulations. Responsibilities include site supervision of mechanical and electrical works, ensuring compliance with installation standards, and walking the site for non-conformity checks. Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and BIM is preferred.

Requirements:
- Required for site supervision of mechanical & electrical works for healthcare development.
- Possess a Diploma issued by a local polytechnic or Trade Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from the ITE or BCA and preferably registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in building services in the supervision of mechanical & electrical installations for local residential/institutional/healthcare development.
