Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide end to end support to merchants, including payment processing, settlements, and technical guidance
• Monitor crypto treasury activity and validate crypto transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support and maintain technical integrations, including APIs and processing environments
• Identify, document, and communicate system issues, bugs, and improvement opportunities
• Deliver clear technical demonstrations and tutorials, and collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Previous experience in payments, acquiring, fintech, or financial operations, with strong advantage for crypto related environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, document, and communicate technical issues and system improvements
• High level of English, written and spoken
• High attention to detail, reliability, and responsibility when handling sensitive financial data
