- Carry out calibration in accordance with Work Instruction and repair functions in the Service Lab.
- Perform troubleshooting on electronic components and systems.
- Assist customers with technical issues as needed.
- Provide in-house training, demonstrations, and software downloads to walk-in customers when required.
- Understand ISO17025 standards and assist with documentation for the Service Lab.
- Possess at least a Diploma in Electronics or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in component-level troubleshooting and repair of electronic boards.
- Ability to work with various electronic test equipment, hand tools, and soldering devices.
- Possess good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Be a good team player.
- Work 5 days a week.
