Responsibilities

• Work with management to develop strategies for Network Infrastructure and IT security.
• Review infrastructure requirements across the Group (Internet, voice, security).
• Implement new network and security projects for the Group.
• Monitor network, voice, and security infrastructure for smooth operations.
• Escalate network issues to vendors and service providers.
• Evaluate new hardware/software for deployment.
• Assist in budgeting and capacity planning for network infrastructure.
• Maintain Group's anti-virus platform for servers and clients.
• Test and deploy Microsoft patches for servers and clients.
• Maintain Group Network operating system (Windows AD).
• Provide guidance on network-related issues to management.
• Establish relationships with vendors for optimal service.
• Ensure compliance with Group IT policies and standards.

• Work with management develop strategies for Network Infrastructure/IT security for the Group

• To review infrastructure requirements throughout the Group (Internet, voice and security)

• To implement new network/voice/security projects roll out for the group

• Continuous monitoring of the Group's network, voice and security infrastructure and ensure smooth operations.

• Escalation of network issues to designated parties (vendors & service providers).

• To evaluate new hardware / software to be deployed in the Group.

• Assist in budgeting, capacity planning & upgrades for network infrastructure.

• To maintain Group anti-virus platform for servers and client desktop.

• To test and deploy Microsoft patches for servers and client.

• Maintain Group Network operating system (Windows AD).

• To provide guidance and technical advice to the management on network related issues.

• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure receipt of optimal service.

• Establish and maintain relationships with companies within the Group to ensure good working relationships across business units

• Ensure network operations are in compliance with Group IT policies, standards and practices established.

• Any other duties as assigned by the Superior.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in IT related discipline.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in similar capacity with emphasis on operations, Infrastructure, Network Administration and end user support.

• Good team player.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
