In addition to providing technical assistance, you’ll also be responsible for administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. - Provide technical support for our ERP systems, including troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and guiding clients.
- Respond to support and enquiry calls, and address client issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in system maintenance to ensure optimal performance for clients.
- Perform administrative duties, such as preparing reports, managing documentation, and coordinating support schedules.
- Manage and coordinate office operations-related tasks.
- Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Alternatively, Higher‑Nitec or above in IT or equivalent qualifications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for administrative tasks.
- Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Quick and eager learner with a proactive mindset.
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin professionally is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a bonus.
- Familiarity with performing User Acceptance Test (UAT) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Accounting will come in handy.
