Job summary

A technology solutions company located in Singapore is looking for a skilled Network Engineer to manage and support enterprise network operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches, as well as familiarity with Palo Alto Firewalls. Responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting network infrastructure, implementing security measures, and providing L2–L3 support. Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with strong experience in enterprise network operations, routing & switching, and security infrastructure. The role focuses on supporting large-scale enterprise and banking environments, handling change management, upgrades, and L2–L3 operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
• Administer Cisco routing & switching platforms and perform firmware upgrades and patching.
• Implement and manage security configurations for firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Support and maintain NAC and authentication systems including Cisco ISE and RSA.
• Monitor network health and performance using tools such as SolarWinds.
• Perform change requests, service requests, and maintenance activities in accordance with SLA.
• Provide L2–L3 technical support and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
• Develop technical documentation including upgrade plans, rollback procedures, and reports.
• Support endpoint protection systems and day-to-day network operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Cisco Routers and Switches.
• Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco ISE, and RSA authentication.
• Solid knowledge of Layer 2 & Layer 3 networking:
• VLAN, STP, HSRP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP
• Experience supporting enterprise or banking environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
