Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for our ERP systems, including troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and guiding clients.
  • Respond to support and enquiry calls, and address client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in system maintenance to ensure optimal performance for clients.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as preparing reports, managing documentation, and coordinating support schedules.
  • Manage and coordinate office operations-related tasks.
What We're Looking For
Educational Background:
  • Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, Higher‑Nitec or above in IT or equivalent qualifications.
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for administrative tasks.
  • Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Quick and eager learner with a proactive mindset.
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin professionally is preferred.
Good to Have:
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with performing User Acceptance Test (UAT) is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in Accounting will come in handy.
