Responsibilities
- Install, commission, train, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair related products at customer locations.
- Collaborate with customers to address service issues and offer solutions to technical problems.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering excellent service support.
- Identify potential opportunities for securing new preventive maintenance contracts.
- Work closely with the internal sales and technical teams.
- Provide training to end users and distributors.
- Prepare service and spare parts quotations in response to customer inquiries.
