Marketing & Sustainability Trainee

Summary of Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Support Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing initiatives across hotels, F&B, Spa, and Raffles City Convention Centre.
• Perform proofreading and copywriting for communication materials, focusing on digital and social media platforms.
• Manage content uploads and ensure all digital platforms are current.
• Coordinate photography and filming sessions, handle related administrative tasks, conduct market research, and update websites, microsites, and other digital platforms.
• Assist other team members with various hotel projects as needed.
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with external agencies or partners when necessary.

Sustainability Support Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the complex’s ESG projects.
• Lead and coordinate communication and marketing efforts on ESG initiatives via social media and the dedicated sustainability blog.
• Support energy tracking for monthly submissions via the Accor online platform.
• Develop analyses and communicate recommendations through reports and presentations.
• Organize activities to foster a positive organizational culture around ESG initiatives.
• Support ad-hoc projects as required.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties such as monthly accruals, forecasting, invoice submissions, and routing agreements for approval.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Director of Digital Marketing and Senior Director of Marketing.
