Job description
The role

ERM is hiring an experienced TA / Recruitment Manager to lead our combined Global Delivery Centre & Consulting Hub based in India.

Reporting to the regional Director you play a pivotal role in building a high-performing team in a high growth market whilst also being responsible for recruiting certain roles aligned with our organization's values and sustainability-focused mission.

As our organisation has scaled at pace we’re a developing function with huge passion and drive, you will need to be able to balance rolling your sleeves up with strategic influence as we embed best practice and build partnership with stakeholders to achieve business goals.

In this role you will
  • This is an interim role to build the future operating model to achieve business growth needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talent acquisition specialists, in house and RPO, to ensure effective hiring practices and meet hiring targets.
  • Design and implement innovative and scalable recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead projects aligned to process optimisations and enhancing the recruitment experience for Candidate and Hiring Managers.
  • Leverage accurate data-driven insights and strategic consultative hiring to cultivate a deeper engagement with our stakeholders.
  • Oversee and enhance employer branding efforts.
  • Utilise data-driven recruitment metrics to analyse hiring trends, recruiter performance and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies in all hiring activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
About you

You will have significant depth in recruiting capability and in particular the sustainability / environmental / consulting industry along with outstanding people leadership and development skills, managing cross country and remotely based individuals.

Excellent engagement and stakeholder management skills; able to forge strong working relationships, build the ERM brand and develop robust hiring strategies, and be passionate about delivering a first-class candidate experience.

Skills and attributes
  • You will have a background in sustainability / environmental / consulting the proven depth of experience in early talent hiring, specifically in building and developing programs within growth markets.
  • Strategic and data driven mindset with the ability to think critically and convey complex insights in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent engagement and stakeholder management skills; able to forge strong working relationships that translate into shared outcomes.
  • A research-based approach to recruitment. Demonstrated ability to leverage market data to tell stories, shape requirements and influence hiring decisions.
