About the role

An award-winning global public relations and corporate affairs consultancy is now seeking an Account Director to help lead client services across their Sustainability practice in Singapore. With a renowned reputation in corporate affairs, communications and healthcare public relations, the firm has a growing presence across APAC and can provide excellent career opportunities to work with some of the largest brands in the world.

The ideal candidate should have experience within corporate communications, possess excellent writing skills, strong media acumen, and ideally come from a consultancy setting. In addition, the applicant should have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and support senior leaders on important management and business development tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client development and new business initiatives for corporate, healthcare and environmental sustainability clients, including agriculture, agri-tech, impact funds and other wellness oriented brands
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for some of the firm’s largest clients in local and regional markets
  • Manage team leads on client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Advise clients on critical issues, brand reputation and ESG / Sustainability challenges facing corporates
  • Create innovative communication strategies and plans to drive client business growth
About the Candidate
  • University degree
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in B2B communications, ideally with in a consulting setting with exposure to the corporate communications- healthcare communications will be prioritised
  • Experience working with clients on corporate communications and reputation
  • Solutions oriented and possess an Integrated communications mindset
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think and write creatively and strategically
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit
