About the Role

This Graduate Trainee role is designed to provide hands‑on exposure to order management and supply chain operations within a global engineering organisation.

The role offers fresh graduates the opportunity to work on live orders and real operational activities, gaining practical experience in documentation, coordination, and system‑based processes. Over a period of approximately 9 to 12 months, the Graduate Trainee will develop a clear understanding of how orders are processed, tracked, and delivered through close collaboration with internal teams and logistics partners.

What You Will Work On

During the project period, you will be involved in:

  • Preparing and managing shipping, import, and export documentation, gaining exposure to the end‑to‑end documentation workflow
  • Supporting the preparation of invoices, packing lists, pick slips, and related documents
  • Updating order and purchase information in internal systems with accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinating with manufacturing, costing, and branch teams to support order processing activities
  • Tracking shipments and sharing schedules and documentation with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinating dispatch activities with logistics and forwarding partners
  • Maintaining organised records and supporting day‑to‑day logistics and order‑related activities

This role provides exposure to multiple stages of the order lifecycle and supports the development of strong operational fundamentals.
