A technology consultancy firm is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide pre-sale technical support for Murata products, focusing on IoT and wireless technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in engineering and strong embedded programming skills, with the ability to design and troubleshoot innovative solutions. This role involves creating application use cases and providing product training, with opportunities for travel within the ASEAN, India, and Oceania regions.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering field required.
  • Embedded programming skills of C on Linux or on embedded OS necessary.
  • Good system and software debugging skills desired.
  • Understanding of digital and analog circuits is essential.
  • Experience with wireless or sensor device evaluations is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for pre-sale technical support for Murata products.
  • Providing in-field product training to core customers.
  • Facilitating integration of Murata products into customer products.
  • Leading technical innovation projects for product promotion.
  • Creating new application use cases with Murata products.

Skills

Embedded programming skills of C
