F&B Floor Supervisor - Assistant Manager
Job summary
A leading hospitality company is seeking an Assistant Manager for their restaurant in Singapore. The role involves supporting the Operations Manager, maintaining service standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, excellent communication and organization skills, and extensive service knowledge. This position offers a full-time schedule in a luxury environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury environment.
- In-depth knowledge of food and preparation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager in achieving the monthly budget.
- Ensure grooming standards are met and maintained.
- Monitor the training calendar and promote employee development.
