Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations in the workshop, including cutting and welding tasks.
• Interpret engineering drawings into clear work instructions for the team.
• Allocate manpower and monitor job progress for schedule adherence.
• Inspect completed jobs for workmanship, dimensional accuracy and welding quality.
• Ensure compliance with workshop safety rules, PPE usage, permit protocols and housekeeping of area.
