Logistics Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor
Job summary
A logistics service provider in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations. The role entails leading a team to ensure productivity and compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in logistics, with a strong understanding of inventory control. Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes and transportation coordination.
- Able to start with immediate notice.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
- Lead and manage logistics staff to ensure productivity and safety.
- Plan and monitor shipment schedules for timely delivery.
Skills
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory activities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of logistics staff to ensure productivity, safety, and compliance with SOPs
- Plan and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Liaise with internal departments, transport vendors, and customers to resolve operational issues
- Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct stock counts, and ensure proper documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Prepare operational reports and support continuous process improvement initiatives
- 5.5 days Alternate Sat
- 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri & 9am-1pm, Alt Sat
- Greenwich Drive
- Up to $3.5k
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with supervisory exposure
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, inventory control, and transportation coordination
