Job Vacancy: Sales Supervisor
Industry: Service Industry (Railway, Metro & Public Transport Components)
Work Location: Near Bukit Batok MRT Station (Red Line NS2 – Bukit Batok), Singapore
Salary & Incentives
  • Basic Salary: SGD 2,300 – SGD 3,000 (depending on experience)
  • Additional: Performance bonuses & sales commissions
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Monthly Leave: 8 days
About the Company

We are a well‑established supplier of electrical, mechanical, control, and hardware components serving the railway, metro, and public transport industries. We are seeking a capable and motivated Sales Supervisor to support business growth and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on sales orders
  • Maintain and develop long‑term customer relationships
  • Provide customer support and resolve sales‑related issues
  • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
  • Expand and develop new customer accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Job Requirements
  • Age: Under 45 years old
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Experience in B2B, industrial, mechanical, or electrical sales preferred
  • IELTS score of 5.0 or above
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office)
  • Able to travel short‑term when required (travel allowance provided)
