A casual dining restaurant at Changi Airport is seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Supervisor/Senior Supervisor to support outlet management. The successful candidate will ensure excellent customer service, smooth daily operations, and strong team performance. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, cash handling, staff training, and maintaining cleanliness. Candidates should have 2–3 years of F&B experience and the ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Competitive compensation packages are offered.
Up to $3,500 basic salary + Monthly Incentives + Variable Bonus
Working Location: Changi Airport
Working Hours:
Alternate 5-day and 6-day work weeks
44 working hours per week
Day & Night Shifts (24-hour operation)
Transport Benefits:
Company transport provided after 12:00am
Transport claimable for early morning shifts when public transport is unavailable
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor / Senior Supervisor to join our casual dining restaurant and bar at Changi Airport. The successful candidate will support outlet management in ensuring excellent customer service, smooth daily operations, and strong team performance, while driving revenue and maintaining high operational standards.
Assist the Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations
Ensure all guest needs are met and proactively recommend promotional items to enhance the dining experience
Take responsibility and accountability for cash handling in the absence of the manager
Coach, train, and mentor both new and existing staff to adhere to company service standards
Oversee proper opening and closing procedures of the outlet
Provide timely feedback to management on operational challenges and improvement areas
Ensure overall outlet cleanliness, upkeep, and presentation standards
Manage and control inventory levels
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
Supervise staff performance and provide constructive feedback
2–3 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory role
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
