Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction works and ensure compliance with project specifications. The ideal candidate will assist project managers and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of projects. Requirements include a Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Structural and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate or Diploma (Civil Engineering or Structural), or equivalent.
• Effectively bilingual.

Responsibilities

• To Supervise construction works in accordance to Project Specifications, construction drawing & Building Control Acts and Regulations,
• Assist Project Manager in their supervisory/coordination duties
• Responsible for implementation of work on-site and all other related matters
• Ensure all works carried out meet company’s quality standard and requirements
• Plan and monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedule
• To coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and complete on time
• Ensure site progress according to project schedule

Requirements
