A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to supervise and coordinate quality of M&E works on site. The ideal candidate should have a minimum diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in ELV systems. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in ELV (CCTV, Access Control, PA, cabling).
• Experience in CAG project is an advantage.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and check quality of M&E works (Security system -door access, alarm, cctv), ELV, PA, Structured cabling (fibre and network cabling, server rack system, network system) on site
• Manage, monitor and lead work of subcontractors and in-house workers
• Ensure all installations and implementation works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications
• Ensure all defects reported are rectified with quality
• To keep site records (daily progress reports, photos, survey reports)
• Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced(With relevant certificate)
• Reduce/minimise wastage of materials/equipment.
• Ensure the proper handover process of the project to the customer upon project completion

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related subject
• Strong project management, risk management and leadership skills with a proven track record
• At least 3 years of experience in ELV (CCTV, Access Control, PA,cabling)
• Experience in CAG project is an advantage

• 监督、协调和检查现场机电工程（安防系统（门禁、报警、闭路电视监控）、弱电系统、公共广播、结构化布线（光纤和网络布线、服务器机架系统、网络系统））的质量
• 管理、监督和领导分包商和内部员工的工作
• 确保所有安装和实施工作均按照批准的规范进行
• 确保所有报告的缺陷均已高质量修复
• 保存现场记录（每日进度报告、照片、勘测报告）
• 监控现场安全并确保所有安全要求得到执行
• 减少/最大程度地减少材料/设备的浪费
• 确保项目完成后顺利向客户移交
