A leading staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor (ECMO Licensed) to oversee construction projects. You will manage day-to-day operations, supervise contractors, and ensure safety standards are upheld. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in site supervision with a strong work ethic and communication skills. This position offers a salary range of $3,500 - $4,500.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Construction Site Supervision role, preferably with Structural/Mechanical/Electrical background.
• Flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Possess BCSS & Work-at-height Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution and scheduling of the project.
• On-site supervision of sub-contractors.
• Liaise with Project Manager for smooth project operation.
• Ensure inspections of completed works are conducted.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day coordination to manage the execution and scheduling of the project
• On-site supervision of sub-contractors and maintain their progress
• Close liaison with the Project Manager to ensure the smooth running of the project
• Ensure necessary inspections are made of completed works
• Must be well rounded with all general elements of Construction
• Identify and contribute to the resolutions of problems; work closely with all members of the project team to resolve complex issues
• Must have a high regard for SAFETY and be an ambassador of the company’s Safety Culture. Lead and live company’s injury-free environment culture
