DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes)
Job summary
A leading consulting firm is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and cloud infrastructure for secure, scalable deployments. Responsibilities include managing containerized workloads with Kubernetes and Docker, supporting cloud deployments, and ensuring system security. Ideal candidates should have over 3 years of experience in DevOps and strong scripting skills in Python or Bash. The salary package can reach up to $7500, along with AWS and variable bonuses.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of DevOps, cloud, infrastructure, or platform engineering experience.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Linux administration.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using various tools.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform or Ansible.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and cloud infrastructure for secure, scalable system deployments. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to enhance delivery speed, platform reliability, and infrastructure visibility.
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri
- Working Location: Central
- Salary Package: Up to $7500 (basic) + AWS + VB ( up to 2 months)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Jenkins
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems
- Manage containerised workloads with Kubernetes and Docker
- Support cloud deployments (Azure / AWS) and optimise platform performance
- Ensure system security through patching, configuration control, and secrets management
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 operational support
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and deployment standards
- 3+ years of DevOps, cloud, infrastructure, or platform engineering experience
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux administration
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, certificates, security groups)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools, IaC, and version control (Git)
- Certifications in Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk)
- Exposure to security compliance frameworks or government standards
- Understanding of ITIL and production incident management
