Job summary

A leading staffing services provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to coordinate and manage security-related projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience, preferably in a financial institution, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage obsolescence and security-related projects and assessments across the division.
  • Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including vendors.
  • Monitor and track remediation efforts and budgets for obsolescence, vulnerabilities, and other security projects.
  • Prepare and present regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize value and minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align vendor capabilities with business needs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to vendor management processes.
Requirements
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution.
Essential Skills
  • Strong analytical skills to review data, requirements, and gaps, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Attention to detail to identify potential errors, discrepancies, and problem areas.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex terminology in simple terms.

  • Proactive team player, able to track deliverables, follow up, and collaborate with colleagues.

  • Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
