- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to meet or exceed online sales targets.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and web analytics to improve conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.
- Manage and optimize product listings across all online platforms
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, stock levels, and visuals.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team on email campaigns, paid ads, SEO/SEM, and social media.
- Plan and execute online promotions and seasonal campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor customer service quality and feedback, ensuring timely and professional response to queries or complaints.
