  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to meet or exceed online sales targets.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and web analytics to improve conversion rates.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.
  • Manage and optimize product listings across all online platforms
  • Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, stock levels, and visuals.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team on email campaigns, paid ads, SEO/SEM, and social media.
  • Plan and execute online promotions and seasonal campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor customer service quality and feedback, ensuring timely and professional response to queries or complaints.
  • Liaise with supply chain and warehouse teams to manage stock availability and order fulfillment.
  • Monitor return/refund processes and ensure efficient reverse logistics.
  • Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce executives or coordinators.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.
