Job Description:

  • Received enquiry from Sales or direct customer and forward to Planner with cargo details.
  • Received rates from Planner, forward to Sales and follow cargo status.
  • Create JOB in Cargoware for cargo details, shipper requirements and request Planner to proceed booking with quotation email.
  • Provide booking confirmation to customer or Sales once received Planner.
  • Manage HAWB process in Cargoware and activate service provider - Declarator for Export permit declaration.
  • Monitor shipment status of uplift, arrival and any irregularity.
  • Received inbound pre-alert from customer. Activate service provider - Declarator for Import permit and liaise with OPS for terminal clearance, breakdown or delivery (if any).
  • AR process and ensure receipt payment from customers within granted period.
  • Others - Source prices or solutions for businesses do not transit via SG if any enquiry from Sales through WCA network.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma with 3-5 years of customer service and relevant experience

• Proven experience in air freight industry or logistic firm will be a plus point.

• Strong negotiation skills and experience in finding new customer.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strategic Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively thinking and problem-solving abilities focus on driving results and delivering value.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with logistics management software is a plus.
