Job description

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise software? This is your chance to be the first in the Southeast Asia region for a global technology leader whose award-winning solutions are transforming industries. You’ll be spearheading the growth of their Field Service Management (FSM) software into enterprise accounts, shaping the market from the ground up.

Your Impact
You’ll work from a focused list of existing and prospective accounts, driving new business and expanding strategic relationships. Partnering closely with channel sales representatives, you’ll help enterprise customers tackle their most pressing digital transformation challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and win new opportunities through proactive client engagement and site visits
  • Grow and expand strategic accounts across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia
  • Collaborate with an established partner ecosystem, including resellers and system integrators
  • Work seamlessly across internal teams – channel, product specialists, technical experts, and customer success – to deliver maximum value
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and value proposition building to negotiation and closing
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and assess revenue potential
  • Analyse client business processes to shape tailored, high-impact solutions
What We’re Looking For
  • A strong sales professional with a disciplined “hunter” mindset and a track record of building robust pipelines
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and recognised as a trusted advisor by clients in manufacturing, high-tech, aerospace, or industrial sectors
  • Experience selling software solutions in PLM, ALM, or FSM
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills in English
  • Proven success selling into Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia highly desirable
