DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As a Post Sales Engineer, you will:

  1. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to become a technical product expert.
  2. Understand client requirements and identify if our products can solve their challenges.
  3. Create compelling sales presentations that convey value propositions.
  4. Communicate customer use cases to the product team and ensure product fit.
  5. Train customer teams on our products and troubleshoot process issues.
  6. Achieve set quotas monthly.
  7. Manage all aspects of RFPs.
  8. Partner with senior leadership to identify and improve sales process efficiencies.
  9. Attend professional events and workshops to network.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A B.Sc/B.Tech/BCA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of Presales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation abilities.
  • The capacity to explain complex ideas clearly and creatively.
