Job summary
A prominent organization in Singapore is looking for a Sales Administration Officer to provide secretarial support to the Sales and Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential. This role offers a dynamic work environment where handling various administrative tasks is key.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales administration.
- Experience in hospitality will be advantageous.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide standard secretarial support for the Sales and Marketing Department.
- Handle telephone inquiries and inventory control of collateral materials.
- Generate month-end and budget reports, and attend meetings as required.

Responsibilities
- Provide standard secretarial support such as filing, typing, faxing, photocopying, taking minutes etc. for the Sales and Marketing Department.
- Handle telephone inquiries and follow up with the respective sales staff concerned. Administer inventory control of collateral materials under Sales & Marketing Department’s jurisdiction.
- Responsible for constant update and improvement to the department’s administration
- and filing systems.
- Generate month-end Production Report, Overview Report, Daily Business Mix Report, Budget Report, etc. Attend meetings and training whenever required.
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by his/her superior diligently and professionally.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales administration.Experience in hospitality will be advantageous
