Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet.
Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all shoppers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment.
Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist in merchandising and stocking shelves with products.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Perform cashiering duties, including processing sales transactions using POS systems.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Perform administrative tasks such as stock ordering, inventory counting, and basic reporting.
Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Candidates with more than 5 years of retail experience may be considered for the Senior Sales Assistant position.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
Good customer service skills with a positive and outgoing personality.
Computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel are an advantage.
