  • Minimum Diploma and ideally Bachelor in Engineering - Electrical/Electronics, Air Conditioning or related qualification
  • Come with min 5 years of relevant in presales/sales role within a technical/mechanical building engineering environment with HVAC
  • Proficient in air conditioning system, including design, installation and maintenance
  • Passion for consultative selling
  • Experienced in vision of the building/installation/HVAC market.

The Job

  • Perform and enhance the result of system air-condition department
  • Collaboration with local sales team
  • Helping the team with operation tasks (analysing market situation and developing strategies)
  • Adhere excellence and KPI management
  • Perform and assist sales training to improve sales team
  • Understand customer needs and provide technical expertise
