A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Junior Secretary to provide administrative support to the sales team. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, preparing financial documents, and acting as a liaison between salespersons and clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of related experience and a Diploma. This role is based in Orchard Rd and operates from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for the sales team
Prepare and organise financial documents, reports and presentations.
Assist with basic administrative tasks, including email correspondence, data entry, and file management.
Act as a liaison between the Salesperson and their clients, handling inquiries and providing assistance as needed
Assist with inside sales support / BD when required
Location at Orchard Rd, 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)
