Responsibilities
- Execute specialized technical tasks in line with quality and safety standards.
- Repair damaged propellers using techniques like welding, balancing, and re-pitching.
- Recondition propellers to ensure optimal performance and durability.
- Collaborate with clients to provide tailored solutions.
- Train and mentor team members, promoting skill development.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Skills
Execute specialized technical tasks in line with quality and safety standards.
Oversee the rest:repair damaged propellers using techniques like welding, balancing, and re-pitching.
Recondition propellers to ensure optimal performance and durability.
Collaborate with clients to provide tailored solutions.
Stay updated on latest propeller technologies and materials.
Train and mentor team members, promoting skill development>
Maintain detailed records of repair and reconditioning activities.
Support cross-functional teams and site visits for deeper technical analysis.
