  • Coordinate and give instructions to technicians for maintenance, repairs, and general facility works.
  • Handle all facility-related paperwork such as maintenance records, permits, inspection reports & documentation updates.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Liaise with contractors and vendors for repair works, servicing, and equipment support.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed on time and according to requirements.
  • Respond to facility-related issues, alarms, or urgent situations promptly.
  • Assist in audits and support compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) guidelines.
  • Provide updates to the Head of Department and support any ad-hoc facility projects.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
