Job Summary

You will be responsible for greeting, preparing and serving food and beverages, delivering excellent customer service. You will also maintain a clean, organized restaurant and ensuring compliance with all safety and legal regulations at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests, take orders, delivering excellent customer service
  • Process guests orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
  • Knowledgeable of food and beverages menus, promote ongoing menu offerings
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food
  • Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly to any requests or concerns to ensure their satisfaction
  • Engaging with guests throughout the dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work environment
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of alcoholic and non-alcoholic supplies
  • Perform and support daily restaurant operations
