A prestigious heritage hotel in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to join their Food & Beverage Department. The successful candidate will assist in supervising restaurant operations, training staff, and maintaining service standards. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities also include managing guest complaints and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Join the team to contribute to a legacy of legendary hospitality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills to supervise staff effectively.
Responsabilités
- Assist in recruiting and training staff.

- Supervise cleanliness and organization of restaurant operations.
- Handle guest complaints promptly.
