Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Manage and Coordinate daily in and out movement of the Head of Mission's family. Assist with delegation transportation during their visits. Support office related driving needs when required. Work after office hours and weekend when necessary. Maintain cleanliness, safety and good condition of the assigned vehicle. Conduct regular checks (fuel, servicing, schedule, tyre condition). Plan routine effectively to avoid delays. Familiar with Singapore's road and regulation.

• Able to communicate in Arabic (added value) and English
