Job summary
A staffing agency is looking for a Fulfilment Associate to handle end-to-end warehouse operations including inventory control and order fulfillment across multiple locations. Candidates must be comfortable working in varied environments and preferably have experience in warehouse or retail. The salary for this role is $1,900/month plus allowances. Responsibilities include adherence to procedures and maintaining organized work areas.
Qualifications
- Comfortable to work in multiple locations.
- Prior experience in warehouse or retail environment preferred.
- Knowledge in warehouse/ Inventory management systems will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures for goods flow and inventory management.
- Conduct inventory control activities like cycle counts and stock replenishment.

Fulfilment Associate
Location: Multiple Locations
Salary: $1,900/Mth + Allowances
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities, in a timely manner
- Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure smooth goods flow and accurate inventory management
- Conduct inventory control activities (cycle counts, expiry checks, stock replenishment, FIFO) in accordance with SOPs, ensuring full compliance with food safety standard
- Support ad-hoc cross-store deployments on a monthly roster based on operational needs
- Ensure all warehouse tools and equipment are properly maintained and serviced to sustain operational readiness
- Utilize the company’s issue and troubleshooting platform to resolve access issues and raise tickets when necessary
- Maintain clean, orderly, and well-organized work areas to support efficient order fulfillment and restocking
- Any other Adhoc duties a assigned
