Responsibilities :
Lead the development and construction of data product structures for risk and compliance management, ensuring they meet the compliance requirements across multiple countries.
Oversee the creation of risk control product systems including risk control scenario interventions, rule engines, and verification centers.
Manage the product foundation and collaborate with compliance teams to ensure legal and operational requirements are met for multiple regions.
Design and implement vendor management frameworks and improve efficiency by creating dashboards and enhancing accuracy across all business units.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build real-time decision-making capabilities and risk control data services.
Lead the development and integration of large model risk control frameworks, working closely with strategy and algorithm teams.
Manage the risk data services pipeline, including feature libraries, label libraries, and model platforms.
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance product management, or data product management within a regulated industry (e-commerce, finance, or technology).
Hands-on experience in designing and developing risk control rule engines, KYC platforms, and compliance systems for multiple countries.
Strong understanding and practical experience with data services such as risk control data warehouse design, metadata management, and data quality.
Experience working with data-driven solutions and managing risk data services across teams.
Proficiency in SQL, Java, and other programming languages for building technical solutions related to risk control.
Strong experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects that require coordination across compliance, data, and engineering teams.
