Key Responsibilities
  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliable delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure the best value for the company.
  • Coordinate procurement activities in alignment with company policies and budgetary guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet material and service needs on time.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and support stock optimization.
  • Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring compliance with specifications and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records in the system.
  • Support risk management through supplier diversification and contingency planning.
  • Analyze purchasing data and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure procurement documentation meets compliance and audit requirements.
  • Monitor vendor performance and recommend improvements or changes.
  • Support project teams by ensuring timely procurement of project-specific materials.
Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
