Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will possess a degree in Architecture or Interior Design and at least 3 years of project management experience. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with all stakeholders for timely project delivery. This role offers a competitive salary of $3,500 to $5,000 plus transport allowances.

  • Location: Near Bendemeer MRT, Singapore
  • 5 Work Days Per Week
  • Salary Range: $3,500 - $5,000 + Transport allowances

Job Scopes
  • Oversee the daily operations and running of site project, including quality control and project scheduling enforcement.
  • Work closely and maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders including clients, suppliers, designers, workers and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain best practices and standards of project management for supplier/client quotations, scheduling, site preparation, coordination, resources planning, costing, budgeting and documentation.
  • Perform risk analysis and monitor project progress with reports to clients and organizations.
