IT Network Executive
Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated IT Network Executive to manage and optimize our network infrastructure. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and strong organizational skills to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance network solutions across regional operations.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Project Management
- Oversee planning, execution, and support of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication for successful delivery.
Network Architecture & Operations
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network solutions, including MPLS, SD-WAN, DIA, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
- Ensure high availability and redundancy of network infrastructure through proactive monitoring and failover planning.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the technical point of contact for clients, providing consultation, solution design, and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, NOC, Engineering) to align technical solutions with business requirements.
- Prepare and present technical documentation, network diagrams.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all deployments comply with SLA, QoS, and security standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Cross-Border Coordination
- Work closely with regional / global teams to support cross-border service delivery and international network integration.
- Coordinate with data center providers, telco carriers, and third-party vendors for provisioning and troubleshooting.
Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge in BGP, OSPF, TCP / IP, VLANs, and firewall policies.
- Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco IOS / XE, Juniper JunOS, and Fortinet platforms.
- Knowledge of DWDM is an advantage; willingness to learn DWDM in depth is required.
- Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP , or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mandarin proficiency is a must for communication with regional branches.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking, especially under pressure or during incident response.
- Strong documentation skills and well-organized work approach.
- High adaptability and resilience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to provide after-hours support, including weekends and on-call rotations for ad hoc matters.
- Ability to travel within Singapore and occasionally overseas for project deployments.
- Having own vehicle would be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates may apply; training and mentorship will be provided.
