What You Will Do

You will be the heartbeat of the Singapore office, ensuring the workplace runs with precision, warmth, and high operational standards.

  • Take genuine ownership of the entire workplace, using strong judgement to keep the office consistently clean, organized, efficient, and guest-ready at all times.
  • Lead and supervise our in-house cleaners, ensuring daily routines, hygiene standards, and upkeep exceed expectations.
  • Act independently — initiating improvements, solving problems early, and managing day-to-day operations with minimal supervision.
  • Run front-of-house operations, creating a professional, safe, and welcoming experience for employees, partners, and visitors.
  • Ensure full compliance with building guidelines, safety requirements, and Antalpha’s internal workplace standards, while spotting opportunities to optimize space and improve employee experience.
  • Oversee workplace budgets and procurement — track expenses, manage purchase requests, process invoices, and ensure timely payments.
  • Lead local office projects and events, from office-wide gatherings to leadership meetings, celebrations, and onsite coordination.
  • Act as a connector across teams, partnering with HR, IT, Admin, and Global Workplace to ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding and coordinated operations.
  • Drive clear, engaging internal communications, helping reinforce a strong workplace identity and culture across the office.
  • Champion continuous improvement, bringing fresh ideas to enhance operations, efficiency, and overall workplace experience.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years in workplace operations, facilities, office management, or corporate services.
  • Strong ownership, reliability, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent people skills — calm, professional, service-oriented.
  • Proven capability in budgeting, procurement, coordination, and operational documentation.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and workplace tools; Canva is a plus.
