Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the overall project site.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and monitor costs.
• Organize weekly site coordination meetings with stakeholders.

• Manage and monitor the overall project site
• Planning, monitoring progress, reporting all project activities and resources with top management
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress report, cost monitoring, method statement, risk assessment and other reports related to assigned projects
• Organize weekly site coordination meeting with sub-cons, clients and consultant
• Manage multiple job sites
• Ensure site documentations are complying with ISO
• Lead and supervise site engineer regarding any technical issue
• Ensure site inspection form are in order and deliver to QS
• Coordinate with QS regarding progress claim, VO and contract issue
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by top management

Job Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of practical working experience in local building construction industry (Preferably in HDB Projects).
