The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of management experience in the beauty industry and a passion for skincare. Job responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales target
- Provide skincare consultation and product demonstration over the counter to customers
- Analysis and provide feedback on opportunities to drive the business
- Build relationship with customers, deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer experience
- Uphold and enhance customer experience through excellent merchandising standards and presentation
- Manage booking, client records and day to day operational task
- Participate in product training sessions and stay update on new products
Requirement:
- Min 2 years of management experience, preferably in the beauty industry
