• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in F&B/Retail operations.

• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve targets.
• Assist in outlet recruitment and training.
• Plan and analyze outlet sales and profitability.
