Job responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales target
• Provide skincare consultation and product demonstration over the counter to customers
• Analysis and provide feedback on opportunities to drive the business
• Build relationship with customers, deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer experience
• Uphold and enhance customer experience through excellent merchandising standards and presentation
• Manage booking, client records and day to day operational task
• Participate in product training sessions and stay update on new products
