A recruitment consultancy in Singapore seeks a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations and manage customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Business or Marketing, alongside 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or FMCG. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is essential. This role offers a salary between $2500-$3500 and operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination or FMCG/food retail.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like GRAB, Shopee, Lazada.
- Knowledge of inventory and logistics coordination.
Responsabilités
- Coordinate daily sales activities across online and offline channels.
- Manage customer inquiries and orders.
- Liaise with partners and logistics providers.
- Assist in planning promotional campaigns.
- Maintain sales records and prepare reports.

Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
Working time: 8am to 6pm
Location: Tanjong Pagar / Shenton Way
Salary: $2500- $3500 (will have additional incentive)

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting sales operations, managing customer relationships, coordinating logistics, and driving revenue growth. The role expects the candidate to meet its targets as per the projections
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination or FMCG / food retail or health snack products preferred
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (GRAB, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify)
- Knowledge of inventory and logistics coordination
- Experience handling import clearance
- Coordinate daily sales activities across online and offline channels
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups
- Liaise with retail partners, distributors, and logistics providers
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns
- Maintain sales records and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Support inventory tracking and restocking needs
- Handle invoicing and basic accounting tasks related to sales
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
