Job description
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management and development of designated retailer channels.
  • Formulate short and mid‑term business strategies to enhance brand growth with retail partners.
  • Design and implement channel strategies and trade promotions for key accounts to meet sales targets.
  • Align channel strategies with the positioning and potential of accounts.
  • Monitor competitive activities and prepare monthly reports documenting promotional activities across trade sectors for analysis and reference.
  • Create and submit listings and promotion requests for new products to retailers as needed.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and establish long‑term partnerships with retailers.
  • Negotiate with retailers to align their needs with corporate objectives and available opportunities.
  • Manage Advertising and Promotion (A&P) budgets efficiently, tracking productivity and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with merchandisers to ensure successful in‑store execution and visibility achievement.
  • Support negotiations at the store level to secure optimal display space.
  • Handle key accounts receivables and finance billing, along with other ad‑hoc duties, exchanges, and returns.
Requirements
  • Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in business sales or retail, with relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Proven expertise in negotiating directly with buyers and retailers, along with a strong grasp of consumer channels.
